How Our Oxygen Is Produced
From Ambient Air, Not a Distant Supplier
Our plant draws in ambient air, compresses and dries it, then passes it through vessels packed with zeolite molecular sieve. Under pressure the sieve adsorbs nitrogen and allows oxygen to pass; the beds alternate automatically between adsorption and regeneration, so production is continuous. The only inputs are air and electricity.
The product is oxygen-enriched air conforming to the pharmacopoeial monograph for Oxygen 93 per cent — between 90.0% and 96.0% v/v oxygen, the balance consisting mainly of argon and nitrogen. This is a recognised medicinal grade, in routine clinical use internationally and accepted for supply into hospital medical gas pipeline systems.

Contract Supply Agreements
Term supply agreements giving facilities a committed volume, a fixed delivery schedule and priority allocation.
Emergency & Surge Supply
Responsive supply during demand spikes, outbreak response and interruptions to a facility's usual source.
Medical Oxygen Concentrators
Bedside and ward-level oxygen concentrators supplied as equipment, with accessories, commissioning and operator training.
Oxygen Therapy Accessories
Regulators, flowmeters, humidifiers, masks, nasal cannulae, tubing and associated consumables.

Quality Assurance & Traceability
Records Built for Regulatory Inspection
- — Continuous in-line oxygen purity analysis, with alarm on deviation from specification
- — Dew-point and moisture monitoring across the air treatment train
- — Batch and fill records maintained for every cylinder released
- — Cylinder identification, labelling and colour coding to the applicable standard
- — Cylinder inspection, valve condition checks and periodic hydrostatic testing intervals observed
- — Scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration of plant instrumentation

Oxygen is the one medicine a hospital cannot substitute or ration.
Because PinnaMed generates its own oxygen locally, your supply rests on a plant we operate and a fleet we control — not a lower price per cylinder, but a supply line that holds.
